Preventative Maintenance

Dust (and the heat it creates) is your PC’s greatest enemy. We clean the interior with a professional computer vacuum and check all connections.
We run full diagnostics, test disk drive integrity, review your configuration, and note any problems we encounter.
You get a printed record useful for internal valuation, manufacturer technical support, or reducing your diagnostic costs should we return.

One Day Upgrades

You need your PCs every day, so we upgrade your old PC fast - in many cases overnight!
We pre-order the parts and have them ready for your drop off - or use our convenient pick-up and set-up service.
Free site examination to qualify systems (Within 20 min. of Wheeling, IL).
Memory, hard drive, CD-ROM, Motherboard, CPU sound card, etc.

Secure Data Program

Back-up is critical in case of disaster. We check your back-up plan thoroughly, and make sure you can get up and running again under any circumstances.
We’ll make suggestions, develop a plan that’s best for you, and then monitor it with regularly scheduled visits.
If disaster strikes - You’ll have a professional local source that knows your data and how to get it back!
