2. Choose Phone Support, Web Support (including E-mail), or On-Site (Chicago) as your preferred method. You'll see our rates and policies for each. 

3. If you think the problem may be easy, or just want to get pointed in the right direction, try our free help e-mail. We'll get back to you in 24 hours or less regardless.

4. If you want to upgrade a PC, just fill in the upgrade form and we'll get you a quote. (use the same form for a new PC quote - just make a note in the comment area it's a new purchase.)

5. Finally - just for fun, sound off on what irks you, what sticks in your craw, what torques you....what...(don't get me started!) bothers you most about computers. If you don't have anything - then just e-mail us, and we'll submit your name to Vatican sainthood waiting list.
